The Annual Women's Self-Care Survey exists to understand how women are really doing so we can create better support, resources, and solutions. As a thank you, participants will receive $9 in store credit for taking the survey. They will have 6 months to use this credit.
Although taking the survey won't result in immediate commission if a participant chooses to purchase something at a higher price point (more than $9), you will receive a commission for that.
Once the report comes out, you can use any survey data that you find in our report to support your business/work/practice as long as you credit us as the source.
The survey runs from April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026 .
